Our pediatricians are available to answer your questions or see your child 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our regular office hours are 9:00 am – 9:00 pm Monday through Thursday and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm on Friday and 9:00am – noon on Saturdays.
During regular office hours you can make appointments for well child care, sick visits or injuries. We reserve time every day for sick visits should your child need to be seen the same day. If you are unsure whether or not your child needs to be examined, please call to speak to a nurse for advice before making an appointment.
You can schedule an appointment by calling our office during regular business hours.
Yes, just call our clinic and we can schedule a prenatal consult with a provider of your choice.
We follow the American Academy of Pediatrics recommended well-child visit schedule. This provides your medical team the opportunity to provide developmental screenings, vaccinations, and wellness exams. By attending routine wellness exams, we can ensure that any concerns related to your child’s health are addressed and help to establish a relationship between your child and their physician. Attending these recommended visits will maximize your medical team’s ability to provide the best care for your child. Most insurance plans, including Idaho Medicaid, cover these visits.
Our patient portal is a safe, secure, Pocatello Children’s Clinic-hosted web site that allows parents to access certain parts of their children’s medical records. For more information regarding the Patient Portal follow this link: Portal Information
We see patients from birth through 18.
Yes, we always welcome new patients. Contact our office for additional information or request an appointment.
If you are having your baby at Portneuf Medical Center, you will meet one (or more) of our pediatricians during your stay. At that point, they will refer you to our office to set up your first appointment, which is typically 2-3 days after you are discharged from the hospital.
