David M. Denton, MD, is a board-certified Pediatrician and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has been at Pocatello Children’s Clinic since 1998. Dr. Denton specializes in the care and treatment of infants, toddlers, children, and adolescents. He provides all aspects of pediatric care, including health supervision visits and inpatient or outpatient treatment of chronic illnesses or injuries. He attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine in Salt Lake City, Utah, where he graduated Alpha Omega Alpha. He completed a Pediatric residency at the University of Utah Health Science Center and Primary Children’s Medical Center. There, he received the Resident Teaching Award and the Pediatric Practice Award.

Dr. Denton is an Assistant Clinical Professor with the University of Washington and enjoys teaching medical students and supervising residents. Dr Denton loves to spend time with his wife and grandchildren. He also enjoys snow skiing, gardening, hiking, reading, and playing drums.
